At Maisie Bones, we are passionate about providing exceptional dog walking and welfare services. We love dogs! We understand that your dog is unique, and our tailored approach ensures your furry friend receives the best care possible. And because reassurance is important for doggy Mums and Dads, we provide free live smartphone location tracking, activity reports and video streaming of walks. So you can see how your canines day is going as it’s happening!

Maisie Bones provides professional and reliable dog walking, dog sitting and pet taxi services in the Wirral and Chester area. We can also dog sit across the North West. Contact us today to schedule an adventure for your furry friend! Our walks include local parks, secure doggy parks, woods and beaches to give variety. But the travel time to places isn't part of your time, thats just part of our service. If you book an hours walk, your boy or girl gets sixty minutes exercise. The travel time is on us.
We are registered with Companies House, and are fully insured, trained and equipped to look after our canine clients. My humans and I love dogs—yours and ours! That’s why we’ve created a safe, fun, and reliable service that both dogs and their owners can trust.

You wont have to wonder where your dog is, how far or for how long they have been out, as it is all on your screen as it happens. The photo shows a typical daily screen shot
✔️ Free live video stream of walks, letting you watch your dog’s adventures in real time. You can also have a quick check of course as to how the walk is progressing and that your special one is happy.
Free satellite live tracking of your dog on your smartphone
When we are looking after your doggy friend, with your permission they wear a tracking device. In addition to the activity statistics mentioned elsewhere, it means you can use your smartphone to see where your dog is when they are with us, in real time. You can do this from anywhere in the world. So you don’t need to wonder whereabouts they are because you can check online and be reassured.
Professionally converted vehicles with full business insurance
Safety first! Maisie’s friends travel in a professionally converted dog van—designed just for dogs! It’s safe, comfy, and secure, so we arrive happy and ready to go! Each vehicle has fitted doggy pods with air conditioning and design features like escape hatches for each doggy pod to ensure safety. Obviously we carry plenty of water and the odd treat (if doggy parents allow) They are also equipped with pet first aid kits, doggy ramps to help those less mobile to get in, and plenty of brushes and towels in case we get wet and muddy somehow and need to dry off before we get home!
Flexible Scheduling for visits.
We understand that your schedule can be busy and unpredictable, which is why we offer flexible scheduling options to fit your needs, including evening, weekends and bank holidays. If you need a walk or visit short notice give us a call and we will see if we can help. We book visits working a week ahead, or longer if you wish. Cancellation is also with a weeks notice. If you make a booking and need to change the time, we will always try our best to oblige.

And you can see or track all of this remotely in real time as described above.

Meet John McTaggart, Maisie‘s human assistant. John is obviously a huge dog lover. His background includes a number of years in the law enforcement sector overseeing drugs and detector dogs, ensuring their treatment and wellbeing was of the highest standard. He is trained in dog first aid and psychology, as well as being government checked for criminal records vetting.
